What are the delivery costs?

For shipments to the Netherlands and Belgium, we charge 3.50 euros for the delivery of your order. From an order value of 29 euros, delivery is free.

What is the delivery time?
The delivery time of your order is 1-2 working days.

Different delivery times apply for orders to Belgium**.

* Please note: due to the current situation regarding the Covid-19 (corona) virus, the delivery time may be slightly longer due to the busyness of PostNL. Therefore, wait 4 working days to inquire about your order, because it can almost be with you!

** Please note: PostNL indicates that it takes 2-3 working days, but due to huge crowds this can be 8-13 working days. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Can I also pick up my order?
No. Unfortunately this is not possible.

Do you also deliver on weekends?
Only on Sundays our postal courier does not deliver. Your order will be delivered on Monday to Saturday.

My order has been delayed.

What is your return policy?

You can return your package within 100 days. When returning your order, you are responsible for the costs. We advise you to send your return shipment with a track & trace so that you have proof of the shipment. You can return your order, provided it is in the same condition as received. This means unworn and unused, in the original packaging.
Complete the enclosed return form completely. Stick the enclosed return label on the shipping package and hand in your return at the nearest post office. Keep the proof of shipment, this is your proof of return. CNTRL Socks is not liable for returns that are lost and where proof of shipment is missing.


  1. Pack the products in their original packaging;
  2. Place the completed return form in the packaging;
  3. Stick the supplied return label with tape clearly visible on the box;
  4. Deliver the package to the post office;
  5. Keep the proof of postage well.

Helpful Hints:

  • Make sure you pack the items well so that they are not damaged during transport.
  • Make sure the address label is legible.
  • Reuse the bag your order arrived in to save on waste.

Have you received my return?

As soon as we have received your return shipment, you will receive a confirmation email. We try to have the amount due refunded to your account within 5 working days. We can only refund the purchase amount in the same way as it was received. It can differ per bank how quickly the purchase amount is on your account. If you paid via PayPal, we will settle the purchase amount with the invoice.

I need a new return form.

A new return form is included with your order confirmation email. This is in case you have lost the return form that came with your order.

Can I exchange an item?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. If you are unsure about the size, feel free to contact our customer service at . Do you want a different color sock? Then we advise you to place a new order. You can then return the unwanted product to us.

It is possible that your confirmation email has ended up in the spam box. We therefore advise you to always check your spam box first. Haven't received a confirmation email yet?
